In this special event, we're combining two of my favorite healing modalities sound+ yoga.

Start the evening off with a heart opening yoga flow paired with soulful music to help your physical body release any blockages. Designed to help you reach that flow state in body and mind by connecting breath with movement and movement with music to help you embody that warm honey on the heart feeling.

Followed by a restorative crystal bowl sound bath, you'll bathe in healing frequencies, designed to help bring you into the deepest state of relaxation while releasing any physical, blockages or energy in your body.
