Getting to the root cause
At the root of anxiety is the inability to feel safe. This state of being is translated and communicated through the physical body; an anxious person lives in an anxious body--on guard and in a state of protection. This state is translated to the nervous system and communicates for the mind to stay on high alert, leaving the nervous system in a constant state of fight or flight, and resulting in symptoms like insomnia, overwhelm, burnout, emotional outbursts, racing thoughts, irritability, and more. The body is physically exhausted from being in survival mode, but the mind is in a state of high alert.
By developing and understanding the mind-body connection, we can educate the nervous system with what safety feels like and began rewiring and regulating it through somatic, sound, energy, EFT/ TFT tapping, and embodiment practices.
When we are able to function from a place of centered safety, we can gain insight as to why the anxiety ( protection) was there in the first place. It is from there, we can interrupt the narratives that were unconsciously created from past experiences and rewire them.
As a Holistic Healer, I have been on a transformative journey for the last ten years, to not just put a band aid on the symptoms of anxiety, but to get to the root cause as to why it's there in the first place.

Tranquil resonance is a therapy that utilizes sound resonance healing and energy work by targeting energy and acupressure points where anxiety is held throughout the body and applying sound frequencies designed to bring a grounding resonance into the overstimulated energy. The targeted sound frequencies facilitate the production of alpha brain waves (the state of deep relaxation) while grounding the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight state) and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxed and safe state). This approach is paired with guided somatic + mindfulness techniques to help facilitate relaxation and safety within in the body and mind. The more the body can familiarize the mind with state of a tranquil resonance and a regulated nervous system, the easier it becomes to return to during moments of anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
