We're beyond excited For another full moon on the beach with you!
If you missed last months, you're not going to want to miss this one-- especially since Summer's coming to an end!
It's packed full of meaningful connection and community- come make a new friend or 7 or bring one.
We start in a circle, to help bring the sense of togetherness .
Where you will be guided into reflection and journaling.
Guided meditation and gentle seated stretching to help you fully embody and embrace all of the full moon's magic ( no experience required).
